Shipping & Returns
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We charge a flat rate of 20SGD for international shipping, but if you live in Malaysia or somewhere in the region, write to us and we can work something out.
Do you ship locally?
Yes. We charge a flat rate of 2SGD for local postage. Sometimes, when Adri is in a good mood, you might be able to get her to meet you somewhere. But we would much rather you come down to the shop, which is a little bit of magic in Laksa Country.
Can I return stuff I’ve bought?
It depends. If the product is damaged, yes; if the product is damaged by you, no. If you’re fickle and you change your mind, call us and we’ll see. In Australia, you can buy something and use it for a month, and then return it for a full refund as long as you have a receipt. We are not Australia.
Can I return sale stuff I’ve bought?
Mostly no. If the product is damaged, yes; if the product fits better once you’ve lost/put on some weight, no.
Can I reserve something for nothing?
Not unless you’re a regular at the shop. Reservations must be paid in full before we keep those items for you (we have had too many people reserving things online and never showing up).
